Serengeti wildebeests migration is a display of natural wonders with over two million wildebeests, zebras, and antelope traveling over 450 miles across the plain to ensure their survival, unaware that there’s danger presented by the stalking lions and cheetahs among other predators of the wildlife. Witness huge crocodiles of the Mara River as they wait for the herbivorous to cross the swollen Mara River and enter into Masai Mara Game Reserve from Serengeti National Park.
Tanzania is one of the best countries in Africa to witness the wildebeest migration. This tour combines Serengeti wildebeest migration with a cultural tour as well as game drive viewing in Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire and Lake Manyara National Park. Accommodation will be at your choice based on your preferences, known for their cozy ambiance and facilities. Indeed, this is a safari package with all the things you need for that well-deserved safari holiday.

Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha City
Arusha, also known as “A” Town by the locals, is situated at the foot of Mount Meru, Africa’s 5th highest mountain. The altitude gives the city a pleasant climate and lush green environment. Arusha is not a particularly attractive city in itself and is regarded by many visitors as little more than a necessary stopover before their safari starts in earnest. However, the natural charm of the Tanzanians and the buzz of a fast-growing city mean that Arusha has plenty to offer for those who are prepared to see beyond their air-conditioned safari trucks and satellite-TV equipped hotel rooms

Arusha – North Serengeti National Park
Witness a million of wildebeests, each one driven by the same ancient rhythm, fulfilling its instinctive role in the inescapable cycle of life: a frenzied three-week bout of territorial conquests and mating; survival of the fittest as 40km (25 miles) long columns plunge through crocodile-infested waters on the annual exodus north.

Serengeti National Park, Resident wildlife numbers are exceptionally high in the Wagakuria area, with prides of lion up to 30 strong, however, from July to October the area turns into a wildlife paradise. The key feature is the Mara River and it is not uncommon to see the herds cross the Mara River north on one day and then back south a few days later. Please take note – to actually finding a crossing is very difficult and is sometimes a matter of luck.
